Total Brain, a US-based mental health company, aimed to enhance the user experience of their emotional health diagnosis app. The goal was to enable users to privately assess their mental health and seek expert consultation based on their health scores. Additionally, there was a need for a comprehensive redesign of both the end-user app and the doctor/consultant app. Codewave was engaged to create a user-centric platform that addresses these needs effectively.
The existing Total Brain app needed a redesign to improve user engagement and ensure privacy while assessing mental health. Users required a seamless, intuitive way to complete emotional health assessments and receive actionable insights based on their results. Simultaneously, mental health professionals needed an efficient way to access patient health scores and provide timely consultations. The challenge was to create a cohesive experience for both users and professionals while maintaining a soothing and supportive atmosphere.
