AsterLabs' previous website suffered from several issues that negatively impacted user experience and business efficiency. The site had a slow and complex booking process, which frustrated users and led to drop-offs. Its outdated design lacked modern responsiveness, making it difficult to navigate on mobile and other devices. Additionally, managing content was cumbersome, and the security infrastructure was inadequate to protect sensitive health data.
