Once again, we at MobileAppDaily have gathered to celebrate visionaries, disruptors,
and change-makers who are redefining what’s possible in the IT world. Creating this list was more
than just scrolling through resumes and company bios. Each team member at MobileAppDaily who worked
on the list took a deep dive into the journeys, challenges, and accomplishments of some of the
brightest minds in the industry.
Our goal has been very clear since the start: to introduce you to folks who are not
just leaders but innovators as well as mentors. We have remained focused on those who’ve taken
risks, led their teams with purpose, and consistently pushed the boundaries of innovation.
Since we planned the report, we wanted to inspire you. There was no other option but
to bring all the visionaries together in a report that was for everyone, whether a veteran or a new

As CEO of Appstronauts, Daniel Moczydlowski’s journey is a testament to the innovative spirit that drives him. Starting his journey at Tom Tom, Daniel’s vision has always pushed him towards new heights. At Tom Tom, Daniel straightaway onboarded the team to build apps for Microsoft’s Windows Phone team. The opportunity helped him sharpen his skills and become an innovator he always aspired to be. In 2014, Daniel co-founded Appstronauts and started his journey as a CEO there. His mission has always been clear: to drive innovation and inspire businesses by delivering the best software consulting services. Daniel has not remained stagnant in one core of the tech world. He has also explored the world of data by becoming a part of Data Bridge as the CTO and co-founder. As a company reshaping the energy sector, Data Bridge is accredited with accelerating a blend of innovation and cutting-edge data analysis. But that’s not all for Daniel’s journey. Beyond Data Bridge and Appstronauts, his journey also includes names like FCapp, MasterHub, the World Energy Council, and SH CLUB. Then comes the podcast he co-hosts called Podcast Biznesowy. That has been going on since Feb 2024 and targets the Polish audience.

You might have heard about Ryan if you were familiar with the infamous app Countdown, which is based on a horror movie of the same name. Ryan has delivered multiple passion projects in the form of apps, and this has been one of them. Soon after the release, the Countdown app managed to secure over 55 million downloads from users who wanted to know the ‘time left.’ Ryan launched the project alone after he had watched the movie. However, the success of the film brought attention from STXFilms, ending in a collaboration between both of them. But that was just a small part of Ryan’s journey as an entrepreneur and innovator. He has developed Arch as well. An LGBTQ+ guide that helped the community find welcoming places such as nightclubs, best gay bars, etc. However, Arch has been discontinued. Ryan’s other work includes Co-founding the Socially Group Ltd and Loop which he leads as a CTO as well. Ryan launched Loop this year in August, starting from Brighton, the UK.

3. Rodrigo Fontes

Nisith is the founder and CEO of Locus, which he started in May 2015. Before establishing his own startup, Nisith was an ML Engineer at AWS. He also holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics and a Master’s in Economics. Both degrees are from BITS, Pilani. Before Locus, Nisith has also teamed up with Geet, an ex-colleague from Amazon, to develop RideSafe, a women’s safety app that became popular for its automatic route deviation detection program. Several restaurants and delivery companies started leveraging RideSafe’s features to track the riders working for them.This innovation inspired the idea of Locus. Currently, the platform has served over 360 clients and helped reduce 14.4m+Kgs, resulting in a savings of almost $303m+ in logistics costs. With innovations such as Locus, Nisith continues to drive the tech world towards a more eco-friendly future. In parallel, ensuring the platform stays ahead with AI-driven efficiency solutions that transform logistics for a sustainable future.
4. Nishith Rastogi

Toni has been a direct ambassador of innovations in the tech world. In the San Francisco Bay area, he has been active for over 15 years. The name is known as a transformative force in digital advertising, software development, and cloud architecture. His GoMarketMe pioneers a new approach. It activates the cookieless and performance-focused approach for Android and iOS smartphones. The platform was launched in 2024, and since then, it has been the first of its kind to revolutionize the mobile app marketing segment. While working as Chief Technology Officer at ROOMDEX and founder of Compass Maps, Toni has delivered high-quality, scalable, and high-performance distributed engineering solutions. Sean has helped PreApps become a disruptor in the app marketing industry using his tactical understanding of trends and tools. His customized growth strategies have delivered some of the best results in the global race of mobile apps. Here’s the thing, though: Sean’s journey includes multiple leadership roles. He is also a Founder / Chairman of App Demo & Drinks. 22. Arjun Banerjee

Oleksii is a crucial name in shaping the future of the recruitment industry. As for skillsets, Oleksii is proficient in tons of modern technologies, including React.js, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, MySQL, AJAX, etc. Before founding TechSpace, Oleksii has worked with Property Finder for over 6 years.
