Originally designed for internal hospital use, our client’s web platform enabled remote post-stroke monitoring, providing stroke survivors with various health management functions. Following the program's early success, the client's team acknowledged that they lacked the internal capabilities to scale the platform and bring it to other hospitals.
Our team collaborated with the client to deliver a doctor-facing web platform and a patient-focused mobile application to monitor the well-being of patients after a heart attack. Mobile app for patients The app is designed to facilitate effective post-stroke rehabilitation and support stroke patients during the transition from hospital to home.
Backed by Orangesoft from ideation to delivery and beyond, our client has broadened their service offerings to national healthcare organizations. Our flexible patient monitoring solutions support the company in delivering effective post-stroke rehabilitation to over 50 thousand patients across the US. Moving forward, the company plans to adjust this program to provide remote care for a number of other conditions — and as a trusted tech partner, we’ll continue to provide necessary tech support for their ongoing mission.
