Travelshift is a trip planner software that provides an all-in-one solution for travelers across Europe and Iceland. Working with 700K+ suppliers, they offer flight tickets, car rentals, and hotels to their users to make the traveling experience complete. Travelshift’s AI-powered platform automates content and curates the best travel plans and services to create the perfect trip.
Travelshift’s all-in-one platform covers every aspect of trip planning, offering trip planning platforms like Guide to Europe, the largest online marketplace dedicated to travel in Europe, and Guide to Iceland, the world's largest collaboration for Icelandic travel services.
Travelshift set out to enhance the user experience and allow customers to book train tickets too. This challenging project required custom integration with the Rail Europe API, where our expertise was essential. To boost the overall performance of their service and the user experience yet further, we developed a cutting-edge AI assistant system.
We provided a team of experienced back-end and front-end developers to craft an innovative and user-friendly solution for Travelshift trip planner software and its two travel websites, Guide to Europe and Guide to Iceland.
The expert back-end development team of Milies created a bespoke service and connectors to different travel-related APIs. To provide a seamless and intuitive experience, our front-end team simultaneously led the integration of recently developed services.

Specifically, the intelligent system of the ChatGPT integration enhanced the user experience significantly. The system has undergone extensive training utilizing corporate data to give clever and intuitive replies.
During the development, we made sure to comply with the NDC (New Distribution Capability) Standard launched by IATA to enhance the capability of communications between airlines and travel agents, as well as enable the travel industry to transform the way air products are retailed to corporations.
We continue our collaboration with the Travelshift tour planning platform, working on the creation of new travel industry integrations, customizations, and improvements to enhance the overall well-being of the websites.
