Tradeit.gg: Steam Skins Marketplace Development

The initial version of Tradeit.gg was built in 2018 with an old design, issues with performance, and bugs.

The company needed a better version of the website with modern design, high performance to satisfy the big user base and provide seamless experience for traders.

Given the very big size of Tradeit.gg’s inventory, there were many optimization tasks and bots management.

Our team of back-end and front-end engineers built the second version of the website, which is used to this day. By working closely with Tradeit.gg’s CTO, our back-end development team built a Steam bot management system, Steam API integration, skins marketplace implementation, and optimized the existing Steam solutions.

We also built the front-end part of the platform with a new design and connected it to the newly built APIs.

In general, we have worked on functionalities like:

• CS2 bot development for quick setup and live trading;
• CS2 skin exchange development for making trading in CS2 easy, seamless, and hassle-free;
• Giveaways logic development, offering the users a chance to win free CS2 skins and expand their inventory;
• Bot trading technology to enable fraud prevention, allowing users to trade CS2 (CSGO) skins instantly;
• Secure and reliable transactions, including the use of the Steam API key and trade offer confirmation processes, to safeguard the users’ Steam account and inventory;
• Blockchain API integration for using cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin or Ethe­reum) for payments or trades.

The CS2 trading bots created by Milies stre­amline the process of trading skins. These bots efficiently match offe­rs, verify the legitimacy of skins, and ensure secure and prompt transactions. By utilizing algorithms, these bots can rapidly execute­ CSGO trades, providing users with a seamle­ss experience.

As a result, our team developed features and functionalities that allowed to:

• Connect the users and the platform;
• Safely and efficiently trade the virtual digital items;
• Purchase or reject the requests and revise the pricing for the items.
