Apple has just released the latest version of the OS for the users that fixes some of the bugs and major issues. Normally, the latest available update starts showing a notification on your Apple device to upgrade it. When you see a notification saying an update is available, click the install button. Or you can also browse the Settings > General >Software update.

Make sure your device is plugged into charging and connected to a Wifi connection.

Now, tap the Download and Install, if you see a message asking you to temporarily remove some apps for the iOS update, you can tap continue or cancel. By choosing to continue the device will install some apps temporarily and it will reinstall them later.

You will see the options 'Install now' and 'Later', if you want to update now tap the Install now or choose Later.

If you choose Later, the device will ask you to select from ‘Install night’ or ‘Remind me later’, tap ‘tonight’ if you want to install the iOS update during the night.

Plug-in your device to the charging before you go to the bed at night and the device will automatically install the iOS update at night.
If you see an error while updating your Apple device wirelessly you can update it using the iTunes.
How To Update Your iPhone Using iTunes
In order to update your device using the iTunes, connect it to a trusted computer. Make sure your computer device is using a Wifi/Ethernet connection and not connected to the personal hotspot of the same Apple device.

First, install the latest version of the iTunes on Your computer.

Connect the device you want to update, with the computer.

Now, open iTunes and select the connected device.

Click ‘Summary’ option available under the Settings on the leftmost side of your screen.

Now, click ‘check for update’ tab.

Finally, click Download and update.
