Our agency was tasked by a client to develop "re.Try," a cutting-edge mobile application designed to serve as a virtual assistant for a psychosomatic coaching center. The goal was to create an accessible tool for users to practice relaxation and psychological self-help at any time and place, enhancing and supplementing the impact of in-center sessions.
The key challenge presented by the client was to broaden the scope of the re.Try psychosomatic coaching center's influence beyond its physical premises, ensuring continuous support for clients in their journey towards self-improvement. From a technical perspective, our agency faced a significant hurdle in accommodating the extensive array of audio and video files integral to psychosomatic practices without compromising the app's performance. The objective was to ensure smooth, uninterrupted access to these resources, which was crucial for maintaining the integrity of the therapeutic experience.
To address these challenges, we crafted the "re.Try" app, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance user engagement and ensure seamless operation. Recognizing the issue of potential lag due to the extensive multimedia files, we implemented a strategy focusing on the cyclical looping of background music and seamless video stitching. This creative approach allowed for a significant reduction in the app's latency and the overall size of necessary downloads, ensuring users could enjoy a fluid and engaging experience without disruptions. Built on Dr. Mark Evgenyevich Sandomirsky's unique psychosomatic methodology, the app provides flexible, anytime access to systemic relaxation and self-help exercises, truly embodying the motto of psychological support without boundaries.
