Our IT company has developed "VroomVroom," an innovative project aimed at transforming the auto service industry through digital solutions. This project includes an administrative web interface for companies to streamline service order management and a user-focused Android mobile application for seamless service booking and management.
The primary challenge was to consolidate various elements of car service management—such as order flow, specialist assignment, pricing, promotions, and customer communications—into a single, cohesive digital platform. On the customer side, the challenge lay in creating a user-friendly interface that would enable car owners to effortlessly manage service bookings, track service history, and stay informed about promotions—all while ensuring a high level of personalization and convenience.
