Bioandchic is an online retailer specializing in eco-friendly disposable tableware and food packaging. Their focus is on providing high-quality, elegant, and environmentally friendly products for catering, baking, and general use. While their main warehouse is located in New York City, they also fulfill orders from suppliers in Europe and Asia.
To enhance customer experience, Bioandchic is working on integrating and displaying the availability of its products from all warehouses. This will allow customers to choose the warehouse with the most inventory when placing an order.
One of the hurdles we faced while working on the Bioandchic website was integrating the current Bioandchic dashboard with various modules that required removal or development. Another challenge was configuring product inventory data synchronization on the Bioandchic dashboard. Additionally, we needed to establish a connection between the Bioandchic dashboard and Fishbowl for a single static warehouse.
Integrating our custom module for product inventory management with Fishbowl and BigCommerce posed several challenges. A key obstacle was ensuring smooth communication between these platforms, given their differing data structures and APIs. This necessitated significant development and testing to ensure accurate synchronization of product information, orders, and inventory levels.
Our custom code integration solution addresses this challenge by consolidating data from multiple apps into a single platform. This simplifies data management for businesses and enables informed decision-making. We collaborate closely with our clients to grasp their unique needs and craft a tailored solution. Our solution guarantees accurate and efficient data transfer between platforms.
Our custom module, integrated with Fishbowl, empowers administrators to manage, automate, and synchronize Fishbowl inventory with the BigCommerce store. This led to the development of a backend module to standardize order monitoring and inventory connections across numerous eCommerce orders.
