Intelcom's goal is to develop a robust Shopify app that serves as a conduit between Shopify and their Intelcom Express API, facilitating effortless integration for eCommerce merchants. The primary aim is to empower merchants by enabling them to easily configure Intelcom Express API details, access comprehensive order information, and seamlessly place orders with Intelcom Express for logistics purposes.
Intelcom does not process every order. The proposed system, based on API criteria and logic, must identify orders that do not meet specific criteria (e.g., outside the North American pin code) and add them to the Non-Eligible order list.
Securing exclusive access to Intelcom poses a challenge for merchants. They must initiate contact, negotiate rates, and receive a merchant API key and client code via email.Integrating these details into the app is crucial for establishing a secure connection with the Intelcom system, adding complexity to the onboarding process.
Achieving order splitting based on product origins and diverse pickup locations presents a challenge for the system. Meeting the client’s requirement involves navigating the complexities of dissecting orders according to geographical product origins and multiple pickup destinations.
We provided a solution to automate the order with smart API. After synchronizing the orders with the application, we implemented a logic to retrieve the Shipping address and Postal code for each order. Subsequently, we utilized Intelcom Express’s Label Print API to validate the eligibility of shipping to the specified postal code.
Our solution entailed developing a system enabling merchants to efficiently process bulk orders using the Shopify API. The system interfaced with the API to retrieve booking information. Upon receiving booking or tracking details, it seamlessly integrated with the Shopify App and order system, ensuring visibility for merchants.
By automating the order eligibility process, our solution streamlined the identification of orders that meet specific criteria. This automation not only saved time but also ensured that eligible orders could be processed quickly and efficiently, reducing manual effort and errors.
Our solution simplified the process of securing exclusive access to Intelcom for merchants. By automating the initiation of contact, negotiation of rates, and receipt of necessary credentials, we reduced complexity and expedited the onboarding process, making it easier for merchants to start using Intelcom's services.
