The client aimed to create a comprehensive marketing business intelligence solution using Power BI. They wanted to gain meaningful insights from their data, which would be unified and intuitive, helping them make effective business decisions. They needed detailed Power BI reports for various trackers, including BioProcessing, Manufacturing and Pipeline, and CMO, to understand company features, specifications, and available facilities better.
The client needed a one-stop solution to efficiently process and analyze vast amounts of biopharma data. They required a system that could provide clear, actionable insights across different domains like BioProcessing, Cell and Gene Therapy, Manufacturing, and CMO. Ensuring data integrity and creating user-friendly, dynamic dashboards were crucial for their decision-making processes.
We developed a Power BI-based software solution tailored to the client's needs. Our team designed and created Power BI reports that provide intuitive information on various company features and available facilities. Key components include:
We cleaned and transformed the data using Power Query, connected SharePoint Excel data through Power BI’s web connector, and created a comprehensive data model. User access is managed through Power BI Service, and we used DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculations. The visuals were developed using Power BI Desktop and published in Power BI Service, allowing dynamic interaction with the data.
