Description
The client provides food ordering and delivery services through an existing app for connecting food, people, cultures, and entertainment all in one place.
Challenge
They came to SolveIt to improve it in terms of design and user experience. The app's UI was inconvenient and had troubles with navigation, which led to losing potential customers and revenue.
Solutions
SolveIt has been tasked with conducting a comprehensive discovery phase to identify the challenges users faced when using the application and analyze competitors to create a concept for a brand new interface design:
- Introduction and analysis (clients’ needs, mobile app design requirements, and high-level functionality features)
- Technical specifications (the entire detailed backlog, user stories, use cases)
- Design (wireframes & UI kit with colors, typography, components, icons, and other design elements).

- A clear understanding of users' expectations that were previously overlooked and detailed user stories for various scenarios.
