Once again Instagram came up with something interesting for its users to make image or video capturing more creative. The app integrated a Superzoom feature that allows the users to make a more zoomed-in video with some cinematic sound effect in the background. Along with this, the upgrade also contains some spooky AR stickers and effects as a Halloween gift for the Instagrammers.
Starting from today, the feature is available for both iOS and Android users to let them make their own Super Zoomed video. The Superzoom feature takes its place alongside the Boomerang and other camera effects. In its battle to earn more users with Snapchat, Instagram now also have AR mask to allure its users. Both the platforms are working on new features every day by adding creativity for the users to explore something new that can become a social media trend.
The latest feature form the Instagram enables the user to get spooky for seconds. You just need to pick up the front-facing camera in the app to make the video. It is very easy to use the feature, just hold the camera button and Instagram adds the dramatic sound effect. The video normally lasts for 3 seconds or you can take it up to 15 seconds by holding the shutter button for longer. Instagram will automatically make the video three-stage zoom-in t for you within seconds. You can post the video as your Instagram story, send a Direct message to anyone or you can also download the video it to post anywhere else.
Instagram took a closer look the videos that users make of others and trying zoom in. Keeping that in mind Jyoti Sood the product manager in Instagram suggested to come up with the Superzoom feature. This will help the instagramers to make more funny videos using the app and having an orchestral sound effect in the background.
In addition, the company also added some ghostly stickers and effects to celebrate the Halloween. The new uncanny AR stickers will add some Halloween essence to your Instagram post. “We’re excited about the opportunity to add more sound and music options to Instagram’s camera so users can share even richer experiences with their friends. While we have no plans to share right now, we’ll be listening to our community for feedback on Superzoom to learn and improve” said by Jyoti Sood.
