Apple is set to come live with some of this year's biggest announcements and most probably the final launch dates of the iPhone 16 series.
Ready to watch Apple unravel some of its ecosystem's biggest announcements? Apple’s ‘It’s Glowtime’ Event 2024 is set to launch today, bringing forward concrete information on its latest Apple Intelligence, iPhone 16 lineup, AirPods 4, and Apple Watch Series 10. Since the event's first invite notice was sent out to all users and key stakeholders, Apple has been sending subtle hints about what will unfold.
1. The Siri Invite
Apple began sending both virtual and physical invites last week. Many tech experts in the invite list have shared theirs online, all having a common visual in the background. The all-new AI-powered Siri’s redesigned glow-light. This is a big hint at the much-awaited Apple Intelligence set to make Apple’s official debut in the AI landscape.
2. Edge-To-Edge Displays
Dummy models have already been flocking to the market across stores, giving users a glimpse of how the new lineup will feel like. Add to it Apple’s recent bezel-comparison post between 15 Pro Max and 16 Pro Max. The Glowtime event is likely the last biggest stage for Apple to reveal the final dates of the Pro series, and we may witness the new bigger and bolder screens live.
3. Glass Molded Lens
The new iPhone series will have a unique upgrade from fiber to glass lenses, as can be seen in the leaked dummy models. This will dramatically improve the 16 Series cameras’ zoom clarity as opposed to the traditional optical zoom.
4. iPhone To DSLR
Apple is also reportedly bringing features and upgrades that transform the iPhone 16 phones into professional cameras. Except for 16, 16 Pro and Pro Max both get a new pressure-sensitive capture button on the side. The button acts just like a DSLR camera with a focus setting on half pressure and capture on full. Apple is adding new features in the Pro mode to provide a horizontal camera-like experience. All we need now is a viewfinder accessory to complete the setup.
5. Apple Watch Series 10 And Ultra 3
One downer that Apple fans may face in today’s event announcement is the Apple Watch 10 Series. While the earliest rumors talked about a new interface and Apple Intelligence integration on the watch, all that we may get is a bigger display. The new watches may also be slimmer than its predecessor. Rumors are surfacing about adding a glucose monitor and sleep apnea detection feature.
It’s only a matter of a few hours before Apple goes live, and we confirm many of the above hints Apple has been sharing throughout the last month. Apple users may find a virtual invite in their official Email address with the link and code of the digital invite to the event. Others can visit Apple’s official website to register for the event and receive an event link.
