This UK-based web app enables employers to post job vacancies while international job seekers can upload their CVs. It matches them with suitable employers and facilitates the interview and hiring process.
Our project goal was to fix app malfunction in an existing project and make the web app functional for matching employers with the ideal foreign candidates for their vacancies.
Amidst the pressure to fix app glitches and malfunctions before Borderless Job’s public exhibition, Nerdheadz took over the web app project, starting with system analysis to identify core issues.
Nerdheadz successfully identified and resolved critical issues within the Borderless Job web app, ensuring it was stable and fully functional in time for the public exhibition. Our quick and strategic intervention not only prevented potential setbacks but also enhanced the app's performance and user experience. As a result, Borderless Job was able to showcase a reliable and polished platform, leading to positive feedback and increased confidence from stakeholders and users alike.
