Operating in South Africa, our client faced challenges with low internet speed, necessitating the development of a mobile application capable of offline functionality.
Realizing the transformative power of automation in restaurant operations was a challenge. Manual filling of checklists for facility, inventory, and shift management resulted in high chances of errors and omissions, leading to subpar speed and reliability of outcomes.
Task lists for routine hygiene checks (drive-through cleanliness, restrooms stocked and cleaned, food packaging, delivery accuracy, and speed, guest hospitality, etc.) were manually created, viewed, and validated by managers.
