The client sought a software development partner with extended resources. The previous vendor provided limited capabilities in adding required specialists, thus, affecting the project timeline. We took over the project within ten days. The team studied the source code, suggested a path, and started working on it upon the client’s approval. We fixed encountered bugs and updated project technologies, ensuring uninterrupted working processes. Also, we prepared the source code of the new functionality and added new features upon their completion. Then we went from takeover to the launch of an updated system within less than seven months. We kept the optimum number of specialists on the project according to the scope change
