Challenge

By indexing every word in videos, demos, and PDFs, it enables seamless searchability, enhancing buyer engagement and providing sales with invaluable insights. Integrated with CRM and offering personalized portals, Omedym streamlines sales cycles and expands opportunities, all while providing predictive metrics for accurate opportunity assessment.

Solutions

  • Developed the Ant Design-based design system for the app providing a modern and consistent design language for the application;
  • Completely revamped the table (data grid) component of the application by introducing, elaborate filtering, sorting, and data representation of the table component to improve data visualization;
  • Polished the user experience by making the data stored in complex tables 100% readable on mobile devices and making it possible to simultaneously work on a few data grids at a time;
  • Created a custom file management service that allows managing files retention for objects stored in Amazon S3 (or other clouds) or on the PC to improve cost-efficiency and making the stored files traceable and allowing for the possibility to declutter storage by removing unused files;
  • Investigated and brought to life video analyzing functionality by introducing automated video transcribing and indexing, summarization, creating auto chapters and implementing entities detection through 3rd-party libraries;
  • Created the dynamic theme implementation for the AntDesign allowing for the change of the color scheme of the application.
