With an experience of over 21 years in the IT industry, Heather has a diverse tech background decorated with names like Accenture, UNDP, and GlobalLogic. Heather is a people person and has core expertise in managing HR-based leadership roles. Her work has also taken her around the globe including countries like Brazil, China, and South Africa. Additionally, she is also a master scuba diver, weekend zookeper, and an active contributor to several non-profit projects.

Before onboarding the chair of COO, Sumit was a part of GlobalLogic as a Group Vice President & Head of Asia Pacific. The expertise of Sumit Sood includes stakeholder management, executive leadership, growth strategy at both local and global arenas, and technology and business solutions. Sumit is experienced in driving transformational agendas and managing global delivery teams as well as customers. As for his interests, Sumit is a fan of Golf and an avid reader of humor and history.
